Ashwagandha 

Ashwagandha is a herb that has been used in Aryuvedic medicine (the traditional medicine of India) for thousands of years. Ashwagandha has strong adaptogenic properties. Adaptogens are herbal compounds that are used to promote balance and homeostasis in the human body.
